Sheep Cheese Light
Light Sheep Cheese contains only 12% fat. It is produced by 100% sheep’s and goat’s milk. Fat reduction is achieved by removing the “cream” (fat) from the milk. This results in a product that has the usual Greek Family Farm Feta taste but at low fat (approximately half the fat of feta cheese).
